Wild Rice Salad

A refreshing little rice salad perfect for a lunch at the office or as a starter for a family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry wild rice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 C. tea salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/3 cup toasted and chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 c. tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 C. tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
