Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 4 cups kale without stem, minced
  • 2 cups quartered white mushrooms
  • 2 cups butternut squash cut into small cubes
  • 1 package of tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 C. tablespoons of cooking vegetable oil choices
  • 1 C. Tea sambal oelek
  • 1 C. 1 tsp maple syrup
  • fresh basilic
  • Salt and pepper
