Summer is the season of plenty… Among other things, fresh herbs that we love so much! But what if your  little vegetable garden  gives you more than you can use to garnish your dishes, or if you come across an irresistible offer at the local farmers’ market?

1. A Salad

Have you ever thought of putting lots of herbs in your salad? Accompanied by lettuce and other leafy vegetables, they add a lot of flavor! Almost all varieties lend themselves to it: parsley, basil, thyme, chervil, tarragon, savory, coriander, etc. The only exception is the more robust herbs, such as rosemary and sage, which may be best kept for cooking.
