  • Dosage:  choose a preparation sold in the form of tablets and refer to the package leaflet, taking care not to exceed a dose of 1000 milligrams (1/4 teaspoon) of dried root per day. Prefer extracts standardized in ginsenosides. It is contraindicated in fragile or anxious people.
