5 Natural Mosquito Repellents And Ultra Easy To Carry Out

Summer would be so perfect if there were no bugs, wouldn’t it?

There are various commercial products to keep them away, but these are often filled with disturbing ingredients, have a very strong odor, and leave the skin sticky.

But all is not lost! You can easily make your own natural mosquito repellent!

Here are 5 DIY mosquito repellent recipes.

1. Vanilla

Do you love the smell of vanilla? So do we, but insects hate it. So much the worse for them, so much the better for us!

We pour into a bottle with vaporizer:

  • Enough witch hazel ( Witch Hazel ) to fill the bottle
  • ¼ to ½ tsp. vanilla essence (or less for a smaller bottle)
  • A total of 20 drops of essential oils among the following: lemongrass, lemon, eucalyptus, citron ( cedar wood ) and tea tree

The most sustainable combination is that of lemon and eucalyptus. The other essential oils work just as well, but you just have to re-apply them more often.

Psst! : You can get the witch hazel at the pharmacy. This can be used for several other purposes, such as an express tonic lotion for the face.
